It's not easy to master, otherwise what would be the point? All these complaints are nonsense. It's an exercise you have to learn and master and once you do that, it works just fine! It's well worth the price to try it and if doesn't work out for you then you've not invested much.

At first I didn’t like this hula hoop. After watching a couple of videos I got the hang of it. My advice is to keep trying to work with the hoop a little each day. Also, I had to tight the ball a little higher so it would stop getting stuck on the track. Now I’m excited to have this hula hoop as a part of my work out.

I am by no means a workout person. The way that I get exercise is by doing something that I enjoy. I had seen this product advertised many times but was hesitant to purchase it. Now that I have it, let me tell you it is so much fun! I listen to 12 songs on my headphones while hula hooping. I could keep going but need to limit myself as there are other things to be accomplished in a day. If you are debating on buying, I would suggest giving it a try.

This thing is absolutely genius! Easy to put together. I can hula hoop for an hour with this thing without having to stop because a traditional hula hoop will usually fall. Before I purchased this product I did my research about the product and was also able to test it out for a month to see if it was worth purchasing. In that month I was able to take off 2 links and lost 9lbs. Now that I have my own hoop I will do measurements and check every month. This was not the only thing I did. I am eating healthier, better portions and cut out soda, alcohol and sugars and lower my carb intake but not cut it out. (This is what works for me, everyone is different. I will bring things back in moderation after the 6 to 9 months). I also drink lots of water but I add some flavor.
I get up every morning and workout with this for 30 minutes. I feel better, I have more energy and in a better mood.
It is so easy to put it together and start using. It is not easy to get started. It took me a full week to finally get the 15 minutes each way without stopping or slowing down. It took my daughters 10 days. I highly suggest watching YouTube videos about tricks and tips for beginners it helped me. Once you get started it's rather addicting and fun you just want to keep doing it.
You can put it anywhere like your waist, your hips, even above. Whatever works for you. Make sure it is not too lose and it doesn't move when you move. If it does you will not get the results you are looking for. Good luck and enjoy your workouts.

I am 65 years old and in decent physical condition. I purchased this for a good core workout and it delivers. At first it was almost impossible to keep going, but at the same time a barrel of laughs. I have had it about a month now and use it almost daily. I have a lot more stamina when doing other activities as a result of this. It does make a difference in how your clothes look and feel.

This is such a fun exercise! When it came I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. It was very easy to fit and snap together. Figuring out how to use it was kinda a challenge, as I couldn’t get it going. I finally watched a U Tube video and that gave me some good tips! I was wore out the first day but I did master the hula hoop part! If you remember to feel the weighted ball as it goes around your waist, that helps!
It is of good quality and kinda fun! I would highly recommend!

I FEEL BETTER WHEN I'M DANCING. I love listening and singing along to music while I'm getting in a hoop workout. My workouts are usually 15 minutes, which is only 5 - 3 minute songs if you think about it. My workouts go by in a flash and I feel super tired towards the end but after I feel so glad I did it. Hula hooping has helped me sleep so much better as well as wake up so much easier without wanting to stay in bed. It has helped me so much with my pandemic pounds and i'm still going strong!

TIKTOK MADE ME BUY IT! This is the adult version of the hula hoops we used to use as a kid. The only difference is that this one REALLY works out your body. I was sore for almost a whole day after my first session. Looking back, I was close to quitting but my husband gave me the strength to keep going and i'm so glad I did. Don't give up.

Hey y'all, I thought I'd make a video showing my experience with this HoopFit.
Pros: Every workout session is really fun and feels more like a fun hobby rather than a chore to do. I've watched podcasts, tv shows, news & have jammed out while hooping. It's adjustable and was quite easy to assemble.
Cons: After my first workout session I was quite sore around my core and legs for the next 2-3 days. However, its been getting a lot better with more practice. It is a bit loud, but I usually use it after the kids go to school.

I spent about $400 on gym memberships last year and I went less than 5 times... What waste of $. I know. To be fair, I kinda had a traumatizing experience at the gym - it felt like all of the guys were constantly staring at me and the gym equipment was sticky and sweaty - GROSS. So I then decided to invest in this HoopFIt and I haven't looked back since. I can get a really decent cardio and ab workout with this tool that I use about 3-4 times a week. "What a funny looking workout" Is what I thought when I first saw this hoop. I made the jump to buy this hoop because I live in NY where its usually really hot or cold outside which makes running or walking really annoying. I've been using the hoop for about a month and I can confidently say that this thing gives you a PUMP as if you just ran a few miles. I'm one of those gals that has a treadmill in my house that I never use. I really dislike running or walking to exercise as it just feels like a chore to do - which is why I ended up deciding to buy this hoop. The cardio aspect of the workout is intense and will get you out of breath after 5 minutes, while also working out your major muscle groups. All in all it is INTENSE, I recommend starting with 10 minute sessions until you get the hang of it and work your way up from there.

Ladies, trust me when I say that I am the clumiest, least coordinated person in the universe - which was why I thought i would never get this hoop. However, that all changed when my cousin (who is equally clumsy) bought this hoop and went through what I can only describe as a metamorphosis. She broke out of her former shell and into a new person. I couldn't help but not get the hoop after, and I have to say - it was hard. I wanted to quit after the first session, but my cousin urged me that it will only get easier. I trusted the process and I have never looked back.

I really wanted to find a workout that wouldn't strain my knees the way that running does - and this hoop was my solution. A good hoop session felt as intense as when I used to run 2-3 miles - I was completely winded and out of breath, my heart felt like it was going to explode BUT with the hoop my knees were completely fine afterwards. A pro tip for all you ladies is to watch TV while hooping as it really helps the time go by. GL and stay healthy.

I am a total beginner when it comes to hula hooping. The first time I tried it, I could barely keep my hoop up for more than 5 minutes. However, after using it for about a month I was able to consistently do a 30-minute session. Over that month, I've seen a quite a bit of improvement. Keep going hoopers!

The original hoop I ordered was way too tight on me, so I needed to get it exchanged with a plus-size hoop. I honestly should have ordered the plus-size to begin with, but I was a bit confused on the sizing. It turns out that 1 link is 2 inches on your waist in case you ladies were wondering. All in all the hoop is a good way to get some exercise in the day, as i'm too embarrassed to go to the gym or run outside :/. My clothes have started to fit on me a bit better but i'm hoping for much more than that in the next couple of months

What a gamechanger, for someone who has struggled with weight issues their entire life, this little weighted hoop has changed that. I just got my hoop today and here are my thoughts: It was difficult to get spinning at first because of how much it required your whole body to use. I needed stand in a wide pose and SWING my hips in a circular motion to keep the hoop going. It took about 10-15 minutes to get used to, but after my session I got the hang of it. One pro tip is to throw the bulb horizontally to give yourself a head start, gl ladies.

I have bad knees so it is hard for me to do cardio exercising like running or jump roping. However, I read that hula hooping is just as effective as both of those exercises. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I can definitely feel my core muscles getting way stronger.

I live in LA, and if there is one thing you need to know it is that the streets here are dirty and dangerous, especially for women. Please please please, if you are a lady who wants a home workout - I would highly recommend this hoop. It's obviously not going to be as effective as running a marathon but it gets the job done. You will be out of breath, your heart will feel like exploding, and your clothes will be soaked if you put in a good 30 minute session.
